Refund Policy
Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Also, know that screen monitors are calibrated differently and colors nay not be 100% accurate.
We are not responsible for any mis-sizing, please review the size chart carefully before purchasing. All of our clothing is unisex unless specified otherwise.
Shipping
Shipping can take up to 1 week to 5 weeks.
If items are shown delivered (to he address you provided during checkout then it is assumed delivered. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is put in place before ordering. If delivery area is unsafe, it’s customer’s responsibility to give a clear and accurate delivery address. We cannot help with orders that show it’s already been delivered. You can check with your local post office, provide your tracking number and confirm delivery.
We are not responsible for customers inputting the wrong address and a failed delivery.
Returns
Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
At Nii-che.com, all products are made to order, just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If your claim is approved, we’ll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Since each product is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, buyer’s remorse, or delayed shipping due to carrier issues.
Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Altered or washed garments are not returnable. Returns must be authorized by Niiche and picture proof of garments are always required.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (please provide proof of shipment being returned e.g. email us a photo of item being returned with tracking number - we don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a postal service that is trackable. In the event of package loss or package damage during transit we will not be responsible in such cases. Therefore we recommend adding insurance to your returned package to secure it safekeeping.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges.
Cancellations
You will only be allowed to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of your order. All request will be denied after 24 hours because orders will already be in production.
Refunds
In case of the item(s) are damaged/flawed upon delivery please send an email with photos and we can send a replacement or refund (allow up to 15-20 days for refunds).
